CHOCOLATE SAUCE

Serves: 8

8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons butter

Combine chocolate, corn syrup and milk in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until melted, while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the butter. Stores well for up to a month in refrigerator.
