MASHED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

  • 1 (3 pound) butternut squash
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    pinch of pepper

Preparation

  • Peel and cut squash into cubes. In large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
