cup) cold butter, cut into pieces 5 tablespoons cold water
In a
food processor, combine flour, salt, sugar,vanilla, butter and mix on pulse.
Add water. Pulse to blend until dough becomes a ball. Do not overprocess.
Wrap in plastic and chill for 20 minutes. Roll out and transfer to pie
plate.
