2 envelopes unflavored
gelatin 1 cup sugar 1/3 cup orange juice 3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup red wine 1/2 cup Madeira wine
Mix the
gelatin and sugar together in small bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and let
soften for 5 minutes. Pour 11/2 cups boiling water over and mix well to
dissolve. Add orange juice, lemon juice and wines. Pour into a mold and chill
until firm.
